Refunds and returns
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in the same condition that you received it and sent back in the original packaging. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. I will email once I have received the returned item to let you know it's arrived and confirm arrangements for your exchange or refund.
Each print will be packaged securely before sending. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and your order arrives damaged please let me know within 48 hours of receiving it via email so that I can claim back costs from the carrier.
