I grew up in Parsons Green, making this view across the green towards the New Kings Road, a very familiar sight. This print reimagines the view with a stormy sky and a sense of imminent rain (it is London after all!). This print and its pair, Parsons Green I, were inspired by Japanese woodblock prints from the 19th and early 20th Century with their dramatic skies and exaggerated angles.
Printed by hand in London using water based inks on Fabriano 300gsm paper. All prints are signed and numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity.
My prints are handmade and colours will vary slightly from print to print, especially those with blended skies and paths.
